Brian began his catering career in 1980 with his early career spent as a Chef with the Royal Navy before transitioning to offshore catering in 1986. Following 26 years as Head Chef and Chef Manager, he then progressed into key onshore operational positions within well-established offshore catering companies. Brian is renowned for his deep commitment to service delivery and customer relationships.
