International Operations Manager
Brian began his catering career in 1986, progressing from a Y.T.S Apprentice Chef to Executive Head Chef across hotels and restaurants. After earning a degree in International Hospitality Management, he moved into offshore catering, working globally as a Chef and Campboss. Now based onshore, Brian brings hands-on leadership and a strong focus on food service and client relationships to his operational role.
