Francois Offshore Catering achieves outstanding 2025 safety performance
January 19, 2026
Francois Offshore Catering recently recorded one of its best-ever sets of safety statistics, with employees remaining committed to maintaining these high standards.
Throughout 2025, the Company reported zero physical injuries among its 350 offshore employees working across 15 assets.
The set of results places the Company’s Total Recordable Incident Frequency (TRIF) – a key offshore safety metric – at zero, which underscores the strength of its safety culture.
Manisha Gupta, Head of Francois Offshore Catering, said: “This result is an excellent outcome and a real credit to the collective efforts of the entire Francois Offshore Catering team.
“It reflects our strong safety culture and the commitment shown by everyone across the business to look after themselves and each other.”
Francois Offshore Catering provides and manages catering and housekeeping employees working across a variety of vessels and rigs in the offshore industry.
Kevin Hendry, HSEQ Manager, Francois Offshore Catering, added: “Well done and many thanks to all our colleagues offshore for ensuring a safe 2025.
“We are proud of these results, which are testament to everyone’s hard work, the culture we strive to maintain, and the mature safety processes we have in place.
“However, safety is never a given and it will require maximum dedication this year to sustain this level of performance.”
